We offer a range of group fitness classes to suit all levels and abilities. They are a great way to keep motivated in a fun and challenging environment. All classes are lead by our Accredited Exercise Physiologists.
Group classes are also a fantastic addition for rehabilitation clients.

Class Descriptions:
BOOTCAMP: currently unavailable One-hour fun group sessions incorporating a range of cardio based and strength training exercises, aimed at all fitness levels. These sessions are run at the crack of dawn to get you out of bed and starting the day with some quality movement. If you thrive on a supportive and fun group environment to help you achieve those fitness goals, come along and join our regular Bootcamp crew.
FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH: 45-minute functional strength training and weight-based sessions. Focusing on basic functional movement patterns usually with a challenging twist. Bringing people together in a fun supportive environment. These sessions utilise all types of equipment and fitness programming including; TRX / Kettle Bells / Cardio / Ropes / Free Weights / Body Weight
BOXING: 45-60 minute sessions that will leave you sweaty and feeling pumped. Incorporating cardio activities of all types and body weight exercise to challenge even the fittest of you. All sessions will be tailored to the experience level of the participants. Starting with basic technique to ensure safety, progressing glove/pad work, Bag skills and foot skills to keep you guessing.
Mini Muscles aged 6-10yrs : Fun 45-minute movement, coordination & strength program for children aged – . Activities are based on functional movements for their age with a focus on lower limb balance and coordination, upper body strength and spatial awareness. Getting them out of their comfort zone…. just a little
YOUNG GUNS aged 10-16yrs : The teenage years can be challenging and keeping mentally & physically fit is so important. This program is similar to mini muscles with more structure, aimed at improving body awareness, preventing injury through better movement patterns to complement individual sport preferences.
MOVE & IMPROVE Over 55’s: Improve your health and wellbeing through functional movement. This class will challenge your strength, balance, coordination and cardiovascular fitness - Be prepared to have fun and make new friends!!

ACTIVE AGEING - General Fitness & Balance: These classes are a continuation from our Exercise Right for Active Ageing Program. These are shorter and less intense movement classes for older adults who are less mobile and needing safe a place to start their fitness journey.
Please note the government subsidies have ceased.

Payment is required in full on the day of service. Cash or Bank transfer only (EFTPOS / Hicaps currently unavailable).
Cancellations
If you are unable to make your appointment or class, please remove yourself using the Cliniko link or contact us to cancel as early as possible to allow others the chance to book in and to avoid any cancellation fees. We do understand some emergencies cannot be avoided.
